As the primary external consultants for Gr8motive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation, we worked with the board to develop a project strategy and proposal to deliver On Country Programs to offending and at-risk indigenous youth in Townsville, including associated policies, delivery specifications and communications plans.
The program, which aims to deliver a cultural support program aimed at improving the lives of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders who are at risk and require support to move out of the justice system, is valued at more than $1.5 million over 3 years.
As primary strategic consultants, we worked in-house at two Open Minds offices across a number of weeks to extract vital performance metrics and program outlines in order to develop the strategy and then manage the drafting of Open Minds Australia’s successful application to deliver Disability Employment Services (including consideration of mental health and family and domestic violence referral pathways).
As the primary external consultants to global architecture firm, Populous, we provided strategic advice against project criteria, and guided and coordinated multiple contributors across two countries, to bring together a technical response that formed part of the successfully appointed consortium bid for the design and development of the Kai Tak Sports Park, Kowloon, Hong Kong, valued at HK$30 billion.
